Kaddim is a critical part of our core business. We use Kaddim pretty much for all our data collection and sharing needs. It's not just a data and document collections app, but an integrated platform that is secure and highly efficient at moving data around. Kaddim saves ASAP approximately 20 minutes per average client and 2 hrs per messy client, because we can pool all our outgoing and incoming data, apps and disclosures in a structured way.
I've been running Kaddim in my mortgage broking office since Christmas (2020). I do have access to other document upload systems through my aggregator software, but this system is far superior and clients love it. I'm only using a fraction of the features, but the ability to save files in PDF format and to rename files to our own naming convention is a massive time saver. For this feature alone I will continue to use this service. Huge time saver!

We like using Kaddim for a range of reasons. It has a user-friendly interface, a dashboard to help keep track of requests, workflow features that help us collect the right content from clients and a host of other features that save us time.
The most painful part of processing a loan application is probably the "document collection" process, not only for brokers, but also for clients.
